The Basque Database provides access to information about Basque topics written or produced after 1994. Core journals are indexed completely while other journal articles appear in the database when they fit the scope of the database. Formats included are articles, books, chapters of edited books, dissertations, and other publications. Included are Basque-related videos and DVDs, musical recordings, maps, and other media. The database currently contains more than 18,000 records. Whenever permission has been obtained, the database includes the full text of articles and papers. Approximately 10% of the indexed articles are available in their entirety through the database. The online Bibliography of Asian Studies (BAS) contains the full data of all of the printed volumes of the BAS issued from the 1971 up to the 1991 volumes (published in 1997), as well as hundreds of thousands of entries compiled since then. Full information about the years of coverage of each and every journal is provided through the journal title browse function. The online BAS offers users various methods to search for citations. In addition to using the search function, users can browse by country-subject, or by journal title. A separate screen allows users to set their preferences for displaying and downloading data in different formats and character encodings. The BAS is updated regularly, with thousands of new entries in each upload.

This database contains over 1300 plays by over 200 playwrights, together with information on related productions, theaters, production companies, and more. The database also includes selected playbills, production photographs and other ephemera related to the plays. Over 500 of the plays are published there for the first time. The works from early 20th-century America include writings of the Harlem Renaissance, works performed for the Federal Theatre Project, and plays by dramatists through the 1940s. African and Caribbean drama is represented by a collection of plays from Ghana, Uganda, Sierra Leone, Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, the West Indies, the United Kingdom, and other parts of the world.
